1. INTRODUCTION
Restore Earth Health (REH) is committed to providing reliable, transparent and accessible healthcare, wellness and environmental health services. This Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy explains the terms under which users, patients, customers and service providers may request cancellation, rescheduling or refunds for services booked, purchased or accessed through the REH website, mobile application or other authorized REH channels.
This policy applies to all REH users, registered doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, nutritionists, dietitians, women's health services, First Aid Warriors, home healthcare providers, healthy activity plans, digital subscriptions, document storage services, career services and other current or future services offered through the REH platform.
Refunds and cancellations will be assessed fairly, based on the nature of the service, the stage of service delivery, the reason for the request, the payment status and applicable laws.
2. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Users may request cancellation or rescheduling through the REH application, website or official customer support channels, subject to the applicable service conditions.
Cancellation requests must include the relevant booking or order details and a clear reason for cancellation. Depending on the circumstances, REH may request supporting information to verify the claim.
Valid reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Technical errors, application malfunction or payment-related issues that prevent the service from being accessed or completed.
- Failure of the service provider to attend, respond or deliver the booked service.
- Communication failures between the user, REH and the service provider that materially prevent service delivery.
- Duplicate payments, incorrect charges or successful payment without confirmation of the booking or order.
- Unavailability of the requested doctor, healthcare professional, laboratory, pharmacy, home service provider or other service provider.
- Cancellation due to a genuine medical, personal or emergency circumstance, subject to the nature of the service and the applicable cancellation terms.
- Non-delivery, incomplete delivery or material deviation from the service expressly confirmed at the time of booking.
- Other legitimate circumstances assessed by REH in accordance with applicable law.
Cancellation approval and any applicable charges will depend on whether the service has been initiated, partially completed or fully delivered. Any cancellation charges or restrictions must be communicated clearly before the user completes the booking or payment.
3. REFUND POLICY
A refund may be considered where a payment has been collected but the relevant service has not been delivered, has failed for a verified technical or operational reason, or otherwise qualifies for a refund under the applicable service terms or law.
Refunds may be eligible in the following circumstances:
- The user has been charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Payment has been deducted but the booking, order or service has not been successfully confirmed.
- The service provider cancels the confirmed service and the user does not accept an alternative appointment or rescheduling option.
- The service cannot be delivered because of a verified technical failure attributable to REH or the relevant service provider.
- A laboratory test, home healthcare visit, consultation or other paid service cannot be provided by the responsible provider.
- A paid service is materially incomplete or not delivered as expressly agreed, subject to verification.
- A pharmacy order contains an eligible wrong, damaged, defective or expired product, subject to applicable pharmacy and return requirements.
- REH determines, after reviewing the available information, that a refund is appropriate under the applicable terms or legal requirements.
All refund requests are subject to verification of the payment, booking, order and service-delivery records. Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method.
4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of refund approval.
The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the user's bank account, card statement or UPI-linked bank account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank and payment method.
If a refund is delayed beyond the stated period, the user may contact REH customer support with the relevant transaction ID and refund reference, if available.
The above timeline is an estimated processing period and does not limit any refund deadline or remedy available to the user under applicable law.
5. SERVICE-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
A. Doctor Consultations and Teleconsultations
- Users may request cancellation or rescheduling before the scheduled consultation, subject to the cancellation window displayed during booking.
- If a doctor cancels the appointment, fails to attend or cannot provide the confirmed consultation, the user may choose an available alternative appointment or request an eligible refund.
- If a consultation cannot be completed because of a verified REH or provider-side technical failure, REH may offer rescheduling or an appropriate refund.
- Once a consultation has been completed, a refund will not ordinarily be granted solely because the user disagrees with the medical opinion, diagnosis, prescription or expected clinical outcome. However, complaints involving non-delivery, material service deficiencies or other legally valid grounds will be reviewed.
- Users who fail to attend a confirmed appointment without timely cancellation may be subject to disclosed cancellation or no-show terms, where lawful.
B. Doctor Appointments, Hospitals and Clinics
- Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted within the time limit communicated during booking.
- If the doctor, hospital or clinic cancels the appointment and cannot provide an acceptable alternative, the user may request a refund of the eligible amount paid through REH.
- Refunds for services already provided, partially utilized packages or appointments involving third-party cancellation charges will be assessed according to the applicable terms disclosed before payment and applicable law.
- Any amount paid directly to a hospital, clinic or doctor outside the REH payment system may need to be resolved with that provider, subject to REH's role and applicable law.
C. Laboratory and Diagnostic Services
- Laboratory bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled before sample collection or before the applicable cancellation cut-off displayed at booking.
- If the laboratory or collection partner is unavailable, fails to collect the sample or cannot perform the booked test, the user may request rescheduling or a refund of the affected service.
- If a sample is rejected, spoiled or rendered unusable due to a verified collection, handling or laboratory issue, REH may coordinate a repeat collection or an eligible refund.
- If the user misses the collection appointment or cancels after the permitted cancellation window, refund eligibility will depend on the disclosed terms, costs already incurred and applicable law.
- Where only some tests in a multi-test booking cannot be performed, the refund may be limited to the affected tests and any other eligible charges.
D. Pharmacy and Medicine Orders
- Orders may be cancelled before the order reaches the processing, preparation or dispatch stage, subject to the order status and the applicable terms displayed at checkout.
- Once medicines or healthcare products have been dispatched or delivered, returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the product-specific return conditions.
- Medicines that are subject to legal or safety restrictions on returns will not be accepted for ordinary change-of-mind returns where prohibited by law.
- Wrong, damaged, defective, expired or otherwise eligible products must be reported promptly with the order details and supporting evidence, where reasonably required.
- If a pharmacy cannot supply an item or cancels an order, the user may request a refund for the affected item or the eligible undelivered order amount.
- Prescription requirements, product integrity, cold-chain requirements and other applicable pharmaceutical rules will be respected at all times.
E. Nutrition, Diet Planning and Nutritionist Consultations
- Users may request cancellation or rescheduling of nutritionist consultations before the applicable cancellation cut-off.
- If a nutritionist fails to attend or a booked consultation cannot be delivered, the user may request an alternative appointment or an eligible refund.
- For personalized diet plans, nutrition programs and subscription packages, refund eligibility will depend on whether the plan has been prepared, delivered, activated or partially utilized, as well as the specific terms disclosed before purchase.
- A fully delivered personalized plan or completed consultation will not ordinarily be refundable solely because the user changes their mind or does not follow the recommendations.
- Any complaint concerning non-delivery, material deficiencies or other valid grounds will be reviewed individually.
F. Women's Health Services
- This policy applies to women's health consultations, period tracking subscriptions, women's wellness programs, pregnancy-related digital features and associated paid services offered through REH.
- Eligible appointment cancellations and technical failures will be handled under the applicable consultation and digital service terms.
- For activated subscriptions or personalized services, any refund will depend on the service already delivered, the subscription conditions disclosed at purchase and applicable law.
- No refund will ordinarily be available solely because a user chooses not to use a fully activated or delivered feature, except where a refund is required by the applicable terms or law.
- Women's health information will be handled confidentially and used only as permitted under applicable privacy requirements.
G. Home Healthcare Services
This includes elderly care, nursing services, pregnant women's care, palliative care, daycare and other home healthcare services offered through REH.
- Users should submit cancellation or rescheduling requests as early as possible and within the applicable cancellation window.
- If the assigned provider is unavailable or cancels the visit, REH may arrange a replacement provider, reschedule the visit or process an eligible refund.
- If the user cancels after a disclosed cut-off or after the provider has commenced travel or service delivery, reasonable, previously disclosed charges may apply where lawful.
- If the service has already been provided, the completed portion will ordinarily not be refundable, without prejudice to valid complaints regarding service deficiencies or other legal rights.
- Any refund for a partially delivered package will be assessed according to the services delivered, amounts paid and applicable terms.
H. First Aid Warriors
- First Aid Warrior services must be delivered by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with REH's eligibility and verification requirements.
- If an assigned First Aid Warrior is unavailable, fails to attend or cannot provide a confirmed paid service, the user may request an alternative provider or an eligible refund.
- Cancellations initiated by users will be assessed based on the scheduled service, the cancellation window and any disclosed charges.
- Services already delivered will ordinarily not be refundable solely because the user changes their mind. Complaints regarding non-delivery, material service deficiencies or other legitimate grounds will be reviewed.
- Nothing in this policy replaces the need to seek emergency medical care when urgently required.
I. Healthy Activity Plans and Fitness Services
- Users may cancel or reschedule booked coaching sessions according to the cancellation terms displayed at booking.
- If a coach or service provider fails to deliver a confirmed paid session, the user may request rescheduling or an eligible refund.
- For fitness subscriptions, activity plans and wellness packages, refunds will depend on activation, usage, services already delivered and the terms disclosed before purchase.
- Personalized plans that have already been prepared and delivered will not ordinarily be refundable solely due to a change of mind, subject to applicable law and any specific refund commitment made at purchase.
J. Career Services and Job Applications
- Users may request cancellation of eligible paid career services before the relevant service is delivered or application processing is completed.
- If a paid career service is not delivered because of a verified REH-side technical or operational failure, the user may request an eligible refund.
- Job applications, recruitment assistance, profile-related services and other career features that have already been delivered or utilized will be assessed according to their specific terms.
- Application fees, recruitment charges or other third-party fees, where applicable, will be subject to the terms disclosed before payment and the applicable law.
- REH does not guarantee employment, selection, interviews or recruitment outcomes. Failure to obtain a job or interview, by itself, does not establish eligibility for a refund.
K. Document Storage and Digital Services
- Refund requests for document storage subscriptions, digital records, account features and other digital services will be assessed based on activation, service availability, usage and the terms disclosed at purchase.
- If a paid digital service cannot be accessed because of a verified technical failure attributable to REH and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, the user may request an eligible refund.
- Charges for fully delivered or utilized digital services will not ordinarily be refundable solely because the user chooses not to continue using them, subject to applicable law and the agreed subscription terms.
- Cancellation of a subscription will stop future renewals where applicable, but will not automatically delete stored documents or personal data.
- Users may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable law, retention obligations and the relevant privacy policy.
- Users should maintain their own copies of important medical records and documents.
L. REH Memberships, Subscriptions and Other Paid Features
- Subscription cancellation, renewal and refund conditions will be displayed before purchase wherever applicable.
- Cancellation of a recurring subscription will ordinarily prevent future renewals once the cancellation takes effect, but will not automatically entitle the user to a refund for a period already used.
- Refunds for unused subscription periods, bundled services, promotional plans and packages will be assessed according to the specific terms communicated at purchase and applicable law.
- Promotional benefits, discounts, referral benefits and reward points are not automatically redeemable for cash unless expressly stated by REH or required by law.
- Any unused portion of a package or subscription will be reviewed according to its terms, the services already delivered and applicable legal requirements.
6. CANCELLATION OR FAILURE BY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Doctors, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, nutritionists, First Aid Warriors, home healthcare professionals and other registered providers are expected to honour confirmed bookings and provide the agreed services.
If a provider cancels, fails to attend, becomes unavailable or cannot deliver the confirmed service, REH may coordinate rescheduling, an alternative provider or an eligible refund.
Where the provider has received payment directly, REH may facilitate communication and resolution within the scope of its role. The applicable provider agreement and relevant legal obligations will govern the final settlement.
Repeated cancellations, unjustified non-attendance or failure to deliver confirmed services may result in a provider review, temporary suspension or other action under the applicable provider agreement.
7. NON-ELIGIBLE REFUND CIRCUMSTANCES
Subject to applicable law and any specific refund commitment made at purchase, refunds will not ordinarily be granted in the following circumstances:
- The service has been fully delivered and there is no valid refund ground.
- The user has completed a consultation, received a delivered digital product or utilized a service and requests a refund solely due to a change of mind.
- The user fails to attend a confirmed appointment or service without cancelling within the permitted period, where a valid no-show policy applies.
- The user fails to provide reasonably necessary information for verification after being given an opportunity to do so.
- A request is based solely on dissatisfaction with a medical opinion, clinical outcome, job selection result or personal preference, without a valid service-delivery or legal ground.
- A medicine or healthcare product is not eligible for return under applicable law or its valid product-specific conditions.
Nothing in this section excludes refunds, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR CANCELLATION
Users should contact REH through the official support email or available in-app support facility and provide the following information wherever applicable:
- Registered name and registered mobile number or email address.
- REH booking ID, order ID or service reference number.
- Payment transaction ID or payment receipt.
- Name of the service and service provider.
- Reason for cancellation or refund.
- Relevant supporting information, such as a screenshot of a technical error, payment confirmation or evidence of non-delivery.
REH will review the request, verify the relevant records and communicate the outcome through the available contact channel.
Users should avoid sending unnecessary medical records, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through unsecured communication channels.
9. REFUND METHOD AND PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Approved refunds for payments collected through authorized REH payment channels will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds will not ordinarily be transferred to an unrelated third-party account. Any alternative method required to resolve a legitimate payment issue will be subject to appropriate verification and applicable law.
Where a payment was made directly to an independent provider or through a third-party platform, responsibility for processing the refund will depend on the payment arrangement, provider terms and REH's role in the transaction.
REH will not treat a refund as completed merely because a request has been received or approved. The refund will be processed through the relevant payment channel, and the user may be provided with a reference number where available.
10. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE REFUND REQUESTS
REH may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions, duplicate claims, payment manipulation or deliberate misuse of the refund process.
Any action taken will be proportionate to the circumstances and consistent with applicable law. A refund request will not be rejected merely because a user has raised a complaint or exercised a legitimate consumer right.
11. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Information submitted during a cancellation, refund or complaint investigation will be handled in accordance with the REH Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Only information reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve the request should be collected and processed. Medical, women's health, identity and other sensitive information must be protected against unauthorized access or disclosure.
12. GRIEVANCES AND ESCALATION
If a user is dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund or cancellation request, the user may contact REH customer support at:
Email: support@restoreearth.health
Please include the booking or order reference and the earlier support correspondence, if available, so the issue can be reviewed.
REH will endeavour to review genuine grievances fairly and communicate the resolution or next steps within a reasonable period. Users retain their rights to approach the appropriate consumer grievance redressal authority or other competent forum under applicable law.
13. POLICY AMENDMENTS
REH may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, provider arrangements, payment systems or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on the REH website or application with an appropriate effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. The terms applicable to a particular transaction will be interpreted consistently with the disclosures made at the time of purchase and applicable legal requirements.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict any statutory rights or remedies available to users, customers or providers under applicable Indian law.
15. GREEN HEALTH POINTS (GHP) — PURCHASE, USAGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
15.1. About Green Health Points
Green Health Points (GHP) are digital usage credits provided within the Restore Earth Health (REH) platform. Users may purchase eligible GHP packages and use their available GHP balance to access supported AI-powered features and other eligible digital services offered by REH.
GHP may be used for eligible services, including but not limited to:
- AI Symptom Guides and general health information.
- AI-powered Nutrition and Diet Planning.
- AI-powered Healthy Activity Plans and fitness guidance.
- Other AI-powered healthcare, wellness and lifestyle features introduced by REH from time to time.
GHP are intended solely for use within the REH platform in accordance with the applicable service terms. Unless expressly permitted by REH, GHP cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn as cash, exchanged for money, or used outside the REH ecosystem.
15.2. Purchase of GHP Packages
Users may purchase GHP packages through the payment methods made available on the REH platform.
Before completing a purchase, users should review the package details, GHP quantity, applicable price, intended usage and any validity or usage conditions displayed at checkout.
The purchase of GHP represents the acquisition of digital usage credits for eligible REH services. It does not guarantee a particular medical outcome, diagnosis, treatment result, fitness result or other health outcome.
Where applicable, the GHP conversion value displayed by REH is for platform accounting or usage purposes and does not, by itself, make GHP redeemable for cash.
15.3. Use of GHP for AI Services
GHP may be deducted from a user's available balance when the user initiates or consumes an eligible paid AI service, in accordance with the usage charges disclosed by REH.
This includes AI Symptom Guides, Nutrition and Diet Planning, Healthy Activity Plans and other supported AI features.
Where a service displays its GHP charge before use, the user is responsible for reviewing that charge before proceeding. GHP deductions should correspond to the applicable service usage and the platform's disclosed charging rules.
If a technical error causes an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized GHP deduction, the user may raise a support request for investigation and correction. Where an incorrect deduction is verified, REH may restore the relevant GHP balance or provide another appropriate remedy.
15.4. Refunds for Purchased GHP Packages
Refund requests for GHP package purchases will be reviewed under the following conditions:
Eligible refund circumstances may include:
- Duplicate payment for the same GHP package.
- Successful payment without the corresponding GHP being credited to the user's account.
- A verified payment processing error resulting in an incorrect amount being charged.
- A material technical failure that prevents the purchased GHP from being credited or made available, where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
- Other circumstances in which a refund is required under applicable law or the specific purchase terms.
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method and processed within 7–14 working days from the date of refund approval, subject to applicable legal requirements and payment-provider processing times.
If a package has been credited successfully and some or all of the GHP has already been used, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the transaction history, usage, applicable purchase terms and relevant legal requirements.
Unused GHP balances are not automatically refundable solely because a user chooses not to use them. However, this condition does not exclude any refund or other remedy required by law or expressly offered under the applicable package terms.
15.5. Refunds for GHP Used on AI Services
Once GHP have been correctly deducted for an AI service that has been successfully delivered, the consumed GHP will ordinarily not be refundable merely because the user changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the generated information.
However, a user may request a review where:
- GHP were deducted but no response or service was delivered.
- A technical failure interrupted the service and the user did not receive the paid functionality.
- The same service usage was charged more than once.
- The GHP deduction was inconsistent with the applicable usage charge displayed by REH.
- An unauthorized or erroneous deduction is reasonably suspected.
- Another valid refund or correction ground exists under applicable law or the applicable service terms.
Following verification, REH may restore the deducted GHP, provide a replacement service, correct the account balance or issue a monetary refund where appropriate.
Where only part of a service was successfully delivered, the remedy will be determined according to the actual service delivered, the applicable usage rules and the circumstances of the complaint.
15.6. Cancellation of GHP Packages and AI Services
GHP package purchases generally cannot be cancelled merely because the user changes their mind after the package has been successfully credited and used, subject to the applicable terms and legal requirements.
For AI services, users may stop using a feature at any time. However, stopping or exiting a service does not automatically reverse a GHP deduction where the applicable service has already been delivered.
If a service is cancelled by REH, becomes unavailable or cannot be completed due to a verified platform-side failure, REH may restore the relevant GHP, arrange an alternative service or provide another eligible remedy.
15.7. GHP Balances, Expiry and Account Closure
Users are responsible for checking their available GHP balance and any package-specific validity conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
GHP balances, if subject to expiry, restrictions or other usage conditions, must be governed by terms clearly disclosed to the user before purchase. REH will not apply undisclosed expiry or forfeiture conditions retrospectively.
If a user closes an account, loses access to an account or requests account deletion, the handling of any remaining GHP balance will be assessed under the applicable package terms, account policies and legal requirements.
Account closure or deletion does not automatically entitle the user to a cash refund of the unused GHP balance. Any applicable statutory rights or expressly offered refund entitlements will be respected.
15.8. GHP Transaction History and Disputes
Users should contact REH support if they notice an incorrect GHP balance, missing credits, an unexpected deduction or a transaction they do not recognize.
Please provide the registered account details, transaction reference, purchase receipt where available, approximate transaction date and a description of the issue.
REH will review the relevant payment records, GHP credit history and service usage records to determine whether a correction or refund is warranted.
Users should not share passwords, authentication codes or other account security credentials when raising a dispute.
15.9. Medical and Wellness Disclaimer for AI Services
AI Symptom Guides, AI-powered Nutrition and Diet Planning, Healthy Activity Plans and other AI features are intended to provide general informational and wellness support. They are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.
AI-generated information may not be suitable for every individual and should not be treated as a guarantee of accuracy or clinical outcome. Users should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when required, particularly for severe symptoms, emergencies, medication decisions, pregnancy-related concerns or existing medical conditions.
Payment through GHP provides access to the applicable digital functionality; it does not guarantee a specific medical recommendation, diagnosis, treatment outcome or personal health result.
15.10. Policy Applicability
This GHP policy forms part of the REH Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and must be read together with the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and package-specific disclosures.
Where a conflict arises, the applicable mandatory legal requirements will prevail. Any specific refund or cancellation commitment expressly provided at the time of purchase will be considered when assessing the request.
