1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Restore Earth Health, a digital health, wellness, emergency response, environmental sustainability, healthcare networking, educational, research, and community engagement platform owned and operated by GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "GREEN HEALTH LABS", "Restore Earth Health", "REH", "Platform", "we", "our", or "us").
Restore Earth Health is designed to create an integrated ecosystem connecting individuals, healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, educational institutions, emergency responders, corporate organizations, insurance providers, government agencies, volunteers, environmental organizations, researchers, technology partners, and other stakeholders through secure digital technologies that promote health, environmental sustainability, preventive care, emergency preparedness, education, and community welfare.
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement", or "Terms of Service") constitute a legally binding agreement governing access to and use of all services provided through Restore Earth Health.
2. LEGAL ENTITY
Restore Earth Health is owned, developed, managed, operated, maintained, and administered by:
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED
A company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, Republic of India.
Throughout this Agreement, references to:

shall collectively refer to GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, contractors, service providers, licensors, technology partners, and authorized representatives, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms establish the legal framework governing the relationship between GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED and every person or organization accessing or using Restore Earth Health.
These Terms are intended to:
- establish legally enforceable rights and obligations;
- protect users, patients, healthcare professionals, institutions, partners, and the Company;
- define permitted and prohibited use of the Platform;
- promote ethical, responsible, and lawful use of Platform services;
- safeguard privacy, security, intellectual property, and public trust;
- ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and
- provide a transparent framework for dispute resolution and platform governance.
4. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms apply to every visitor, user, account holder, subscriber, participant, organization, institution, contractor, volunteer, partner, or any other person or entity accessing or using any portion of the Restore Earth Health ecosystem, including but not limited to:
- Website
- Progressive Web Application (PWA)
- Mobile Applications
- Desktop Applications
- APIs
- Artificial Intelligence Services
- Digital Health Card Services
- Health Ambassador Programs
- First Aid Warrior Programs
- Seed Ball Challenge
- Percolation Pit Challenge
- Emergency Services
- Healthcare Services
- Telehealth Features (where available)
- Appointment Services
- Pharmacy Services
- Laboratory Services
- Hospital Services
- Educational Programs
- Research Programs
- Environmental Programs
- Subscription Services
- Community Features
- Communication Services
- Future Platform Services
These Terms also apply to any future products, services, software, technologies, integrations, or digital platforms operated by GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED unless expressly governed by separate terms.
5. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing, browsing, registering, enrolling, subscribing to, downloading, installing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you have carefully read these Terms;
- you understand these Terms;
- you voluntarily accept these Terms;
- you agree to comply with these Terms;
- you agree to comply with all applicable laws;
- you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements; and
- these Terms create a legally binding contract between you and GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
6. ELECTRONIC CONSENT
You acknowledge and agree that electronic acceptance through actions including, but not limited to:
- selecting "I Agree";
- selecting "Accept";
- selecting "Continue";
- creating an account;
- completing enrollment;
- submitting information;
- using Platform services;
- purchasing subscriptions;
- accessing restricted features; or
- otherwise using the Platform,
constitutes your legally valid electronic consent and acceptance of these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You further acknowledge that electronic acceptance shall have the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
7. LEGAL CAPACITY
By using Restore Earth Health, you represent and warrant that:
- you possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- you are not prohibited by law from using the Platform;
- the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;
- you will maintain the accuracy of your information;
- you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws; and
- you are acting on your own behalf or possess lawful authority to bind the individual or organization you represent.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, institution, employer, hospital, laboratory, pharmacy, company, university, government agency, insurance provider, NGO, or any other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to legally bind that entity.
8. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law:
- individuals under eighteen (18) years of age may access or use the Platform only with the consent, supervision, and authorization of a parent or lawful guardian where such consent is required;
- parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors using the Platform;
- Restore Earth Health reserves the right to request verification of age or parental authorization where reasonably necessary.
Certain services may have additional minimum age requirements.
9. GEOGRAPHIC AVAILABILITY
Restore Earth Health is operated from the Republic of India.
Certain Platform services may be limited by:
- geographic location;
- applicable laws;
- regulatory approvals;
- healthcare licensing requirements;
- availability of participating service providers;
- government restrictions;
- technical limitations; or
- operational considerations.
The availability of any service in one jurisdiction does not imply availability in any other jurisdiction.
10. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP CREATED
Accessing or using Restore Earth Health does not, by itself, create:
- a doctor-patient relationship;
- a hospital-patient relationship;
- a pharmacist-patient relationship;
- a laboratory-patient relationship;
- an attorney-client relationship;
- an employment relationship;
- an agency relationship;
- a partnership;
- a joint venture;
- a fiduciary relationship; or
- any contractual relationship with third-party service providers,
unless expressly established through separate agreements or applicable law.
11. PLATFORM EVOLUTION
Restore Earth Health is a continuously evolving digital platform.
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice where permitted by law, to:
- add services;
- discontinue services;
- modify features;
- introduce new technologies;
- improve functionality;
- redesign interfaces;
- implement security updates;
- introduce Artificial Intelligence capabilities;
- integrate third-party technologies;
- expand internationally;
- launch new products; or
- retire obsolete features.
Such modifications do not create any obligation to continue providing specific features indefinitely.
12. NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY
While GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED endeavors to provide reliable services, the Company does not guarantee that the Platform will always be:
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- secure;
- continuously available;
- compatible with every device;
- compatible with every browser;
- compatible with every operating system; or
- free from technical interruptions.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, cybersecurity incidents, third-party failures, regulatory actions, natural disasters, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
13. RELIANCE ON PLATFORM
Restore Earth Health provides technology-enabled tools, educational resources, coordination services, networking capabilities, environmental initiatives, and healthcare facilitation services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Platform content is intended for informational and service facilitation purposes;
- users remain responsible for exercising independent judgment;
- healthcare decisions should be made in consultation with appropriately licensed healthcare professionals;
- emergency situations require immediate contact with appropriate emergency services.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to revise, amend, update, replace, or modify these Terms at any time to reflect:
- changes in applicable law;
- regulatory requirements;
- technological developments;
- Platform improvements;
- business requirements;
- security enhancements; or
- operational changes.
Material changes may be communicated through the Platform, email, or other reasonable electronic means.
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms unless applicable law requires additional consent.
15. ENTIRE CONTRACT FORMATION
These Terms, together with all policies, guidelines, notices, enrollment agreements, consent forms, and other legal documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete legal agreement governing your use of Restore Earth Health.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:
- you have had sufficient opportunity to review them;
- you understand their legal effect;
- you voluntarily enter into this Agreement without coercion or undue influence; and
- you intend to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.
PART 2 — DEFINITIONS

16. DEFINITIONS
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below. These definitions apply throughout the Restore Earth Health Platform, all associated policies, enrollment agreements, consent forms, subscription terms, and related legal documents.
16.1 Account
"Account" means a registered digital profile created by a User to access one or more services offered through the Platform.
16.2 Affiliate
"Affiliate" means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
16.3 Agreement
"Agreement" means these Terms of Service together with every policy, notice, guideline, enrollment agreement, consent, disclaimer, subscription terms, and any additional legal documents incorporated by reference.
16.4 Artificial Intelligence (AI)
"Artificial Intelligence" or "AI" means machine learning systems, generative AI models, predictive analytics, natural language processing systems, recommendation engines, decision-support tools, automation technologies, and any intelligent computational technologies used by the Platform.
16.5 Authorized Representative
"Authorized Representative" means an individual lawfully empowered to legally bind an organization or institution.
16.6 Blood Bank
"Blood Bank" means any legally licensed Blood Bank, Blood Centre, Blood Storage Unit, or transfusion medicine facility authorized under applicable law.
16.7 Caregiver
"Caregiver" means a person providing lawful care, assistance, or support to a Participant or Patient.
16.8 Clinical Information
"Clinical Information" includes medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions, laboratory reports, imaging reports, treatment records, discharge summaries, referrals, and other healthcare-related information.
16.9 Community Guidelines
"Community Guidelines" means the rules governing acceptable behavior, communications, and interactions on Restore Earth Health.
16.10 Company
"Company" means GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
16.11 Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" means any information not publicly available, including healthcare information, business information, technical information, trade secrets, algorithms, security procedures, source code, financial information, research, and proprietary documentation.
16.12 Content
"Content" means any information, images, audio, video, documents, text, graphics, software, code, messages, comments, reviews, educational materials, AI-generated responses, or digital media available through the Platform.
16.13 Corporate Partner
"Corporate Partner" means any employer, organization, institution, enterprise, company, business entity, or corporate subscriber participating through Restore Earth Health.
16.14 Data
"Data" means any information processed, stored, transmitted, collected, generated, or received through the Platform.
16.15 Digital Consent
"Digital Consent" means lawful electronic authorization provided by a User using digital means recognized under applicable law.
16.16 Digital Health Card
"Digital Health Card" means a digital identity or membership card issued through Restore Earth Health for healthcare services, wellness programs, emergency information, subscriptions, or related services.
16.17 Doctor
"Doctor" means a healthcare practitioner holding valid registration under applicable laws and recognized by relevant statutory authorities.
16.18 Educational Institution
"Educational Institution" means a school, college, university, medical college, nursing college, dental college, pharmacy college, allied health sciences institution, or other legally recognized educational organization.
16.19 Electronic Communication
"Electronic Communication" means any notice, message, email, SMS, notification, in-app communication, or other electronic transmission issued through the Platform.
16.20 Emergency
"Emergency" means a situation involving an actual or potential immediate threat to life, health, public safety, or property requiring urgent response.
16.21 Environmental Programs
"Environmental Programs" include Seed Ball Challenge, Percolation Pit Challenge, tree plantation, biodiversity conservation, environmental awareness, sustainability campaigns, water conservation, climate initiatives, waste management, and related environmental projects operated by Restore Earth Health.
16.22 First Aid Warrior
"First Aid Warrior" means a volunteer participant enrolled in Restore Earth Health's first aid awareness and emergency preparedness initiatives.
16.23 Government Authority
"Government Authority" means any ministry, department, regulator, statutory authority, tribunal, commission, agency, municipality, local authority, court, or governmental body having lawful jurisdiction.
16.24 Health Ambassador
"Health Ambassador" means an approved volunteer or representative participating in public health education, community engagement, awareness programs, and environmental initiatives through Restore Earth Health.
16.25 Healthcare Provider
"Healthcare Provider" includes doctors, dentists, nurses, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, physiotherapists, psychologists, dietitians, emergency medical providers, blood banks, allied health professionals, and other legally authorized healthcare service providers.
16.26 Hospital
"Hospital" means any government, private, charitable, military, trust-operated, teaching, specialty, super-specialty, or other legally recognized healthcare institution.
16.27 Intellectual Property
"Intellectual Property" means copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, industrial designs, domain names, databases, software, algorithms, documentation, branding, logos, know-how, confidential information, and all other legally recognized intellectual property rights.
16.28 Laboratory
"Laboratory" means any pathology laboratory, diagnostic centre, imaging centre, genetic laboratory, microbiology laboratory, or other legally recognized diagnostic facility.
16.29 Minor
"Minor" means an individual who has not attained the age of majority under applicable law.
16.30 Organization
"Organization" means any company, institution, trust, NGO, government body, partnership, association, university, employer, healthcare provider, research institution, or other legally recognized entity.
16.31 Participant
"Participant" means any individual registered on Restore Earth Health to access healthcare, environmental, educational, wellness, emergency, volunteer, or community services.
16.32 Patient
"Patient" means an individual receiving or seeking healthcare services through participating healthcare providers.
16.33 Personal Data
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined under applicable data protection laws.
16.34 Pharmacy
"Pharmacy" means any licensed retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, online pharmacy, wholesale pharmacy, or pharmaceutical service provider authorized under applicable law.
16.35 Platform
"Platform" means the complete Restore Earth Health ecosystem including websites, applications, APIs, software, AI systems, databases, communication systems, digital services, future technologies, and associated infrastructure operated by GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
16.36 Privacy Policy
"Privacy Policy" means the Restore Earth Health Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, governing the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal data.
16.37 Professional
"Professional" means any person holding a valid license, registration, certification, accreditation, or authorization to practice within a regulated profession.
16.38 Prohibited Conduct
"Prohibited Conduct" means any activity expressly forbidden under these Terms, Platform Policies, applicable law, or reasonable Platform standards.
16.39 Research Institution
"Research Institution" means any legally recognized research organization, academic institution, university, laboratory, think tank, or scientific organization participating on the Platform.
16.40 Restore Earth Health
"Restore Earth Health", "REH", or "Platform" means the digital ecosystem owned and operated by GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
16.41 Services
"Services" means all present and future products, features, technologies, subscriptions, programs, applications, AI tools, APIs, environmental initiatives, educational resources, healthcare services, emergency services, and digital offerings made available through Restore Earth Health.
16.42 Subscription
"Subscription" means any free, paid, trial, enterprise, institutional, premium, or recurring access plan offered by the Platform.
16.43 Third-Party Services
"Third-Party Services" means products, software, services, technologies, applications, APIs, payment gateways, healthcare providers, communication services, or other offerings provided by independent third parties.
16.44 User
"User" means any person or entity accessing or using any portion of the Restore Earth Health Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
16.45 Volunteer
"Volunteer" means any individual participating voluntarily in Restore Earth Health programs without creating an employment relationship unless expressly agreed otherwise.
16.46 Website
"Website" means the official Restore Earth Health website located at https://restoreearth.health and any official subdomains operated by GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
16.47 Interpretation
Unless the context otherwise requires:
- References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.
- References to one gender include all genders.
- Headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
- References to laws include amendments, replacements, subordinate legislation, and successor enactments.
- References to "including" or "includes" shall be interpreted as "including without limitation."
- References to days mean calendar days unless expressly stated otherwise.
- References to writing include electronic communications where legally recognized.
PART 3 – ELIGIBILITY, ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, IDENTITY VERIFICATION, ACCOUNT SECURITY & USER RESPONSIBILITIES

17. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM
Access to the Platform is available only to individuals and organizations legally permitted to use the Services under applicable laws.
By creating an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are not prohibited by any applicable law, court order, regulatory action, or contractual obligation from using the Platform.
- You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes.
- You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations governing your activities.
- All information provided by you is true, accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.
- You will promptly update your information whenever it changes.
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to refuse registration or restrict access where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
18. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain Services require the creation of a registered User Account.
During registration, you may be required to provide information including, but not limited to:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Residential Address
- Emergency Contact Information
- Government-issued Identification (where applicable)
- Professional Registration Details (for healthcare professionals)
- Institutional Information
- Organization Information
- Company Information
- Healthcare Facility Details
- Educational Qualifications
- Licenses
- Certifications
- Profile Photograph
- Other information reasonably necessary to provide Services.
Submission of registration information does not guarantee approval.
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED may approve, reject, suspend, or request additional verification at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
19. ACCOUNT CATEGORIES
Restore Earth Health may provide different Account categories including, but not limited to:
- Participant Accounts
- Patient Accounts
- Family Member Accounts
- Caregiver Accounts
- Doctor Accounts
- Dentist Accounts
- AYUSH Practitioner Accounts (where supported)
- Nurse Accounts
- Pharmacy Accounts
- Laboratory Accounts
- Hospital Accounts
- Ambulance Provider Accounts
- Blood Bank Accounts
- Insurance Company Accounts
- TPA Accounts
- Employer Accounts
- Medical College Accounts
- Educational Institution Accounts
- NGO Accounts
- Volunteer Accounts
- Health Ambassador Accounts
- First Aid Warrior Accounts
- Government Organization Accounts
- Research Institution Accounts
- Vendor Accounts
- Enterprise Accounts
- Administrative Accounts
- Super Administrator Accounts
Different Account categories may have different rights, permissions, verification requirements, and access levels.
20. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
To protect users, prevent fraud, comply with applicable laws, and maintain Platform integrity, Restore Earth Health may require identity verification before granting access to certain Services.
Verification may include:
- Mobile Number Verification
- Email Verification
- Government-issued Identity Verification
- Professional License Verification
- Educational Qualification Verification
- Organization Verification
- Business Registration Verification
- Healthcare Registration Verification
- Photograph Verification
- Address Verification
- Digital KYC (where applicable)
- Video Verification (where applicable)
- Biometric Verification where legally permitted and separately consented to
- Additional verification reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.
Verification requirements may vary depending on the type of User, Service, jurisdiction, and applicable legal obligations.
21. PROFESSIONAL VERIFICATION
Healthcare professionals and regulated entities may be required to provide additional verification before accessing professional features.
Verification may include:
- Professional Registration Numbers
- Licensing Certificates
- Government Registrations
- Institutional Affiliations
- Practice Address Verification
- Employment Verification
- Educational Qualifications
- Continuing Professional Registration Status
- Accreditation Information
- Other supporting documentation.
Approval of verification confirms only that documentation has been reviewed based on available information at the time of review. It does not constitute endorsement, certification, accreditation, or a guarantee of professional competence.
Users remain responsible for maintaining valid registrations and licenses throughout their use of the Platform.
22. ORGANIZATIONAL VERIFICATION
Organizations enrolling on the Platform may be required to provide documentation including:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Registration Certificates
- Government Licenses
- Statutory Registrations
- Tax Registrations
- Healthcare Establishment Registrations
- Educational Approvals
- Regulatory Approvals
- Authorized Signatory Documentation
- Corporate Contact Information
- Other documents reasonably necessary for verification.
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to request updated documentation periodically.
23. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials.
Users agree to:
- Use strong passwords.
- Maintain password confidentiality.
- Protect authentication devices.
- Use Multi-Factor Authentication where available.
- Avoid sharing login credentials.
- Prevent unauthorized access.
- Secure devices used to access the Platform.
- Log out after each session on shared devices.
- Maintain updated security software where reasonably practicable.
The Company shall not be responsible for losses resulting from a User's failure to protect Account credentials.
24. UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT ACCESS
Users shall immediately notify Restore Earth Health through support@restoreearth.health upon becoming aware of:
- Unauthorized login attempts.
- Account compromise.
- Password theft.
- Identity theft.
- Device theft affecting Platform access.
- Suspicious activity.
- Unauthorized profile changes.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Security vulnerabilities affecting their Account.
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED may temporarily suspend access while investigating suspected security incidents.
25. ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP
The User creating an Account remains responsible for activities occurring through that Account unless the User demonstrates that such activity resulted solely from unauthorized access despite exercising reasonable security measures.
The Company may require proof of ownership before restoring Account access.
Evidence may include:
- Identity documents.
- Registered email verification.
- Mobile verification.
- Professional documentation.
- Organization authorization.
- Additional information reasonably necessary for verification.
26. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Users shall ensure that all information submitted remains:
- Accurate.
- Truthful.
- Complete.
- Current.
- Lawful.
- Not misleading.
Users shall promptly update changes relating to:
- Name
- Contact Information
- Address
- Professional Registration
- Employment
- Organizational Affiliation
- Educational Qualification
- Licenses
- Certifications
- Emergency Contacts
- Other material information.
Knowingly providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
27. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
Users shall not:
- Create Accounts using false identities.
- Create Accounts using another person's identity without lawful authorization.
- Maintain duplicate Accounts for fraudulent purposes.
- Purchase or sell Accounts.
- Rent Accounts.
- Transfer Accounts without Company approval.
- Circumvent suspension by creating new Accounts.
- Misrepresent professional credentials.
- Impersonate another individual or organization.
- Use automated systems to create Accounts.
Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination.
28. ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION
Users may request deactivation of their Account through available Platform functionality or by contacting official support.
Account deactivation does not automatically result in:
- Deletion of records required by law.
- Cancellation of subscriptions.
- Refund eligibility.
- Removal of legal obligations.
- Termination of ongoing investigations.
- Deletion of audit records.
Applicable retention periods shall continue in accordance with law and Company policies.
29. ACCOUNT TERMINATION BY THE COMPANY
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account where reasonably necessary to:
- Protect public safety.
- Prevent fraud.
- Maintain Platform integrity.
- Comply with applicable law.
- Protect healthcare systems.
- Prevent cybersecurity risks.
- Investigate complaints.
- Protect intellectual property.
- Protect other Users.
- Protect Company operations.

- Repeated policy violations continue despite warnings.
- Continued participation presents unacceptable legal, operational, security, or reputational risks.
Termination may occur without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary under applicable law.
118. USER-INITIATED TERMINATION
Users may discontinue their use of Restore Earth Health at any time by:
- Closing their Account through available Platform functionality;
- Contacting Customer Support; or
- Following other documented account closure procedures.
Termination of an Account does not automatically:
- Delete legally required records.
- Cancel outstanding payment obligations.
- Remove previously granted licenses.
- Eliminate obligations relating to confidentiality.
- Affect dispute resolution procedures.
- Remove audit records.
- Eliminate liabilities arising before termination.
119. EFFECT OF TERMINATION
Upon suspension or termination:
- Platform access may immediately cease.
- Active subscriptions may terminate in accordance with applicable terms.
- Certain User Content may no longer be publicly available.
- Administrative access may be revoked.
- Digital certificates may remain subject to verification.
- Rewards may expire or be forfeited where permitted by applicable terms.
- Data retention obligations shall continue as required by law.
Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain in effect.
120. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Users remain solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, professional standards, licensing requirements, and governmental obligations applicable to their activities.
Depending on the User's role, such obligations may include compliance with healthcare, consumer protection, data protection, taxation, corporate, environmental, education, insurance, professional licensing, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
Nothing in these Terms transfers statutory responsibilities from Users to GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
121. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED may cooperate with competent governmental authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement agencies, statutory bodies, and judicial authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

- Surgical success.
- Recovery timelines.
- Medication effectiveness.
- Healthcare provider availability.
- Specialist availability.
- Emergency outcomes.
- Laboratory accuracy.
- Pharmacy inventory.
- Hospital admissions.
- ICU availability.
- Organ availability.
- Blood availability.
- Ambulance response times.
All healthcare decisions remain solely between Users and licensed healthcare professionals.
131. NO GUARANTEE OF ENVIRONMENTAL OUTCOMES
Restore Earth Health promotes environmental initiatives including, but not limited to:

- Water Conservation
- Biodiversity Initiatives

The Company does not guarantee:

- Environmental impact.
- Government participation.

135. USER RESPONSIBILITY

- The total amount actually paid by the User to GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand).
This limitation shall not apply where a higher minimum liability is mandated by applicable law.
138. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, shareholders, licensors, technology partners, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Violation of applicable law.
- User-generated content.
- Intellectual property infringement by the User.
- Fraud.
- Misrepresentation.
- Professional misconduct.
- Negligence attributable to the User.
- Unauthorized use of the Platform.
- Cybersecurity incidents caused by the User.

- Claims brought by third parties arising from the User's conduct.
The Company shall promptly notify the User of any indemnifiable claim where reasonably practicable.
139. FORCE MAJEURE
GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to perform obligations caused directly or indirectly by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Users remain independently responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their location and activities.
141. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties may mutually agree to mediation or another lawful alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of GREEN HEALTH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms restricts either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legal rights, confidential information, intellectual property, or public safety.
142. CLASS ACTION WAIVER (WHERE PERMITTED)
